Winter/Spring schedule
Our art and clay classes are for kids who love to explore ideas, materials and processes.
Our age groupings are guidelines for parents. We have wiggle room for busy families!
Tuesday After School Art
Pet Portraits
January 6, 13, 26
Ages 7-10, 4:30-6:00 pm
Bring in photos of your dog, cat, goldfish or dragon! You will learn some basic painting and drawing techniques to help you create a fabulous, one-of-a kind portrait of your furry (or scaly or feathery) friend!
(Remember to bring a photo or description of your pet!)
$120 for 3 classes, $45 for single drop in
Drawing Inventions
February 3, 10, 17
Ages 7-10, 4:00-5:30 pm
Discover the world of watercolor paint in this 3 session class. Learn to create brushstrokes that are soft and smooth or bold and sharp. Mix, layer and play with color. Discover ways to add texture by using salt, sponges, and other tools. Have fun with others, painting, experimenting and exploring the magic of watercolor painting!
$120 for 3 classes, $45 for single drop in
Printmaking
March 3, 10, 24 (no class 3/17)
ages 7-11, 4:00-5:30 pm
Explore the magical world of printmaking through hands-on projects that introduce various techniques such as stamping, monoprinting, and block printing. Using safe, age-appropriate tools and materials, kids will experiment with textures, colors, and patterns to create their own unique works of art.

Clay Art
Kid’s Clay
Jan 11, March 8, May 10
Ages 7-11, 1:00-3:30 pm
Join us for an afternoon of clay! Find inspiration in our monthly theme or choose your own direction. Jill provides ideas and technical help as needed. After making your art, we’ll take a break outside before returning to the studio to glaze our work. Pieces will be fired and ready for pick up within three weeks.
$50/session

Family Clay
February 15
Ages 5 and up, 9:00-11:30 pm
Join us for a morning of clay with family and friends. Find inspiration in our monthly theme or choose your own direction. Jill will provide ideas and technical help as needed. After making your art, we’ll play outside and will return to the studio to glaze. Pieces will be fired and ready for pick up within 3 weeks.
$100 for 2 family members.
$45 per each additional family member
